Snail meat (Helix aspersa Muller) - bred in Tuscany, sunflower oil, water, butter, extra virgin olive oil, celery, onion, anchovy, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1.5%, olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon, sage, spice. Snails used: 97 g per 100 g of product.

Instructions for use

Suitable for delicious entrées, for canapés, for toasted bread, or polenta. A perfect combination with a sparkling wine and cocktail for an aperitif. Warm it and serve. Shelf Life: 36 M
